Pacific Cascade has two $1500 scholarships available for members:

The Fritz vonAppen Scholarship Award is named after a credit union founder and past Board Chair. In fact, way back in the beginning, our credit union was run from the back of his station wagon. Fritz was most noted for his generous service to our community. Any Pacific Cascade member attending, or planning to attend, a secondary education university or college, either undergraduate or graduate student, may apply for this award.

Our second scholarship is the Tom Jones Scholarship Award, also named after a former Pacific Cascade Board Chairman. He too was well know for his contributions to our community. This particular award is for graduating high school students only. Pacific Cascade members graduating from high school in 2012 may apply.

Must be a Pacific Cascade member to apply. Application deadline is May 1, 2012, for both scholarships.
